Cochise Guitar Tabs
For Two Guitars

Audioslave is such a great group. The song Cochise is my favorite of their self-titled album. It has such a amazing riff.

Intro: This "helicopter" noise is made by muffling the E, A, and D strings with a Whammy Pedal with slapback delay, set for an octave below. I know this because I have one. Play this for about forty-seven seconds. Guitar 1 plays this alone.

Interlude: The interlude is just some easy bends and releases. To make this part sound like Tom Morello, you need to use a Whammy Pedal with delay. Guitar 1 play this just once. Guitar 2 plays the main riff with distortion four times.

Guitar 1: Play once.

Breakdown: This is the coolest part of the song. It virtually is the chorus with hammer-ons. Guitar 1 is the only one who plays this. Play it four times.
