A beat I play that combines some things of drumming like ghost notes, crashing,
opening the hats and doing heel-toe on a single pedal.

Thats the basic beat.  I change it as I continue to play it, usually by 
substituting things, like toms for the snare roll at the end or crashes
(seperate crashes) for the open hats.  The fill I use for this after 
repeating it twice is this:
