I find it best to start with A minor formation in the beginning with this first tab if 
your a beginner especially because then it is easier to switch to the C chord for the 
song itself

There is also the alternative way to play this tab without A minor formation for more 
advanced players who have no problem climbing the neck to the C chord, which goes like the 
tab below:
