There Is - Boxcar Racer

My guitar instructor listens to songs, and in a few minutes writes
down how to play them, its quite brilliant to watch.
So don't give me credit for his work. I really like this song, so
have fun! Standard tuning.
 Here is, "There is"...

Here are the barre chords. Yeah, I hate them too, but its worth it.
Strum all the strings. It would be easier for you to memorze these chords, instead of me having to type each one out again in the right order :)

B F# F#m G#m E (< Not Barre chord!)

e|-2---|---2----|----2----|----4----|-----0-------
B|-4---|---2----|----2----|----4----|-----0-------
G|-4---|---3----|----2----|----4----|-----1-------
D|-4---|---4----|----4----|----6----|-----2-------
A|-2---|---4----|----4----|----6----|-----2-------
E|-2---|---2----|----2----|----4----|-----0-------

And yes! I give you the strum pattern!
/ = down
V  = up

/ / V V / / V V / V / V

If you don't get it at first, listen to the song, it will help.

Intro: B F# G#m F#m F# <--(2x)
 Note: the strum for F#m to the F# is / / V V / V
*

Verse: B F# G#m E <--(4x)

Chorus (similar to Intro):
B F# G#m F# <--(2x)
B F# G#m F#m F#

Bridge: B E B E G#m E B F#

End the song on a B, listen for the order. Great song, Hope it works out.

*I'd like to note that this song is done with 2 guitars. When I put the F# to F#m it is to compensate for the extra notes that is done by the other guitar. It sounds good, truuuuust me. Normally there would be no F#m. If I get the chance I will add the G2 tab.
