I have been obsessed with this song. I play piano by ear, and have played these
along with Bruce in the song. It's exactly dead on, I even got the little sweet instrumental
between the verses (that high piano note sound in the song, is "F, G, to G#
with this part while listening to the cd and I promise you it will make sense. I suggest
with the notes of the chords and if possible play the Bb as an inversion. Enjoy The Boss!

Verse #1

Eb Ab
Have you ever seen a one a trick pony in the field so happy and free?
Eb Bb
If you've ever seen a one trick pony then you've seen me
Eb Ab
Have you ever seen a one-legged dog making its way down in the street?
Eb Bb

                 Ab Eb Bb

                 Ab Eb
       Ab
Then you've seen me bet I can make you smile when the blood it hits the floor

Have you ever seen a scarecrow filled with nothing but dust and wheat?
