Pretty simple song. He just turns his chords into arpeggios. Listen to the song if 
you're confused during any part and it should be really easy to figure out.
Just go up and down the chord like this:

into the root note of the next chord. Only strange part will be when moving from Em to 
Bm7 because the last note of Em is the first note of Bm7, so you play that note twice.

The "step to B" part is played as two triplet groups up to the C chord like this:
