Triangle Walks

Great song off of Karen Dreijer's side 2009 project, Fever Ray. Bar chords sound best
with a Cm barred instead of C, but I like the open C. Best interpretation of this
song yet is that it is about motherhood.

Intro: C - Bb

[Verse]
C Bb
An apple and a berry plant
F
Comes with our house
C Bb
On the grass, who is that
F
To come by my house

[Pre-Chorus]
                  C
Stands outside my window
               Bb
Sucking on the berries
                   F
And eats us out of house and home
           C
Keeping us awake
Bb F
Keeping us awake

[Chorus]
C
Can I come over, I need to rest.
Bb
Lay down for a while, disconnect
C
The night was so long, the day even longer.
Bb
Lay down for a while, recollect

[Verse]
C Bb
Five a.m., out again
F
Triangle walks
C Bb
Magpies, I throw sticks at them
F
They laugh behind my back

[Pre-Chorus]
          C
Getting a feeling
             Bb
Maybe I will dream again
            F
Having that feeling
                    C
When there's no one awake
Bb F
No, no one awake

[Chorus x2]

[Fade out with C - Bb]

Enjoy!
