Just the best way that I have found to play it on a solo acoustic guitar. There are some 2nd guitar bits in the second verse that are lovely and if you have a loop recorder you might fancy going off on them whilst the melody continues, but I don't have a loop recorder so I didn't bother working them out. The end bit, where they go off on one about enchiladas, is a bit weird and ends with a fadeout which doesn't really work on a solo acoustic. I made up my own way of playing it. Totally different, but it works much better in the absence of production. Please remember: this is never going to sound exactly like the recording but it's the best way I've found to play it on a solo acoustic. Play around with it, make it your own interpretation. Standard tuning. INTRO: Use your thumb to strum rapidly, but softly, up and down to create a tremulo effect. Slide your left hand between the chords for the intro. Sounds crazy, but I prefer it without barring the chords.
