The top tab contains a fingerpicking pattern in the key of C. The chords are mentioned 
above the tab that should be administered while picking out the melody.

The (lead) part at the bottom is the same melody moved up the fretboard to give another 
guitarist the ability to fill in the fingerpicking part.
