Pretty easy song to play, all the other tabs are wrong, etc.

Standard Tuning with a Capo on the 6th Fret, the entire song is C-G-Am-F

CI (x32010@1)have built a treehouse
GI (320003@1)have built a treehouse
AmNobody (x02210@1)can see us
FIt's (133211@1)a you and me house

Same chord progression here, twice. A bunch of "ooooooh"'s for vocals.

CI've (x32010@1)been climbing rocks and stones
GBeen (320003@1)collectin' broken bones
AmI've (x02210@1)been swimming 'cross the lakes
FJust (133211@1)to find this perfect place

CI (x32010@1)got lost into the woods
GI (320003@1)got covered up in mud
AmI've (x02210@1)been going through a lot
FJust (133211@1)to find this perfect spot

^Then you repeat all of that except for the "Ooooooh" section^

Then it goes into the section with the same lyrics as the chorus, only sung with a
rhythm. This is the only part where I'm not sure if the chord progression used in the
of
song applies. There doesn't seem to be much instrumentation other than percussion and
though.

The final section, the first 2 lines of the chorus only slower:

C (x32010@1) GI've (320003@1)built a treehouse
Am (x02210@1) FAnd (133211@1)no one can see us
