I know there are other versions of this song on UG, but none of them sounded
perfectly accurate to my ear. So this is my try for a precise transcription.

Notice: use capo on 5th fret and play the chords exactly as given. For the 
strumming pattern just listen closely to the song. And for the best sound: 
don't use a pick! The song gets most of its fragility and hopelessness from 
the finger strumming. Enjoy!
