Standard Tuning, Capo 2. Then take another capo and put
it over the low E, A, D, and G strings ONLY, and on the
6th fret. If you don't have 2 capos, tune your B string
to a C# (full step) and your E a full step up to F#, and
use only the capo on 6.

B and E (C# and F#) strings are always open while
strumming. I will name the chords by how they look, not
the sound.
