This isn't exactly how he plays it live, but 
it does emulate the keyboard accompaniment pretty well.
The last few lines were difficult to understand.  All the sources I found 
did not seem to be what he was singing. (Maybe they copied each other)
After listening to several different performances of this song,
I think the lyrics I've shown here are pretty close.
