I found this song at uwp.edu ../lyrics/f/folk/ posted by ?

In his lyric compilation Dean Engelhardt writes that
Leonard Cohen performed it at some concerts (does anybody know where and
when?).

I will put this song to nevada ../c/leonard_cohen
But before this song goes to nevada can somebody please add the songwriter,
a record where it's played and perhaps some melody.

That would be very great. Thank You very much, to all of You.
