A simple song - You have to tune down ½  a step - Most of this I saw Kroeger playing, and adapted it.. I saw Nickelback live, I watched the video.. And pieced it together.. 
Sounds great.. Listen for the strumming pattern, it's pretty obvious if you listen to the song.. I haven't seen this posted, and it shocked me because this song was so popular.
