So this is what I think "House on a Hill" by Passenger should be. It looks like
the chords he's playing, and it sounds right. oh, also, this is a fingerstyle,
which i figure is just the B string, the G string, and then the D string-
basically, strum upwards slowly.

House on a Hill
Capo 5
Standard tuning

intro: Am

(Am) C
In an old house on a hillside
  G7 Am
Next to the sea
Am C G7 Am
Far from the madness, that folds around me
Am C G7 Am
Peaceful and gentle, like sails on the breeze
Am C
In an old house on a hillside
 G7 Am
Next to the sea

Am C
There’s a warm light on a cold night
     G7 Am
And clean cotton sheets
Am C G7 Am
Soap smelling skin and tingling feet
Am C
With stars lining the skyline
     G7 Am
And shine through the trees
Am C
In an old house on a hillside
G7 Am
Next to the sea

G7 C Am-C
And when the autumn comes down
G7 C Am-C
We’ll get what we need from the town
G7 C Am-C
And all of our friends will be round

Am C
In an old house on a hillside
G7 Am
Next to the sea
Am C G7 Am
Moon white as paper and night like asleep
Am C G7 Am
With old things behind us and new things to be
Am C
In an old house on a hillside
G7 Am
Next to the sea

G7 C Am-C
And when the sunshine comes down,
G7 C
My hair will turn golden
        Am C
And my skin will turn brown
G7 C Am-C
And all of our friends will be round
