I was looking for these chords and couldn't find them, so I thought I'd just do a 
little work and make it easier for some other people and make it.

Some of the chords look like they're not in the right place, but if they're not 
along the words, it's still in the right place, you just hold chords out, so if it 
confuses you I'd suggest playing it along with a recording of him playing it.
