Guitar 1 plays above the nut for a good while (for those of you who don't know what
the nut is, it's the bar that the strings sit on before going to the tuning posts)
to get that weird screamy effect. Or you could use a synth to get a more accurate sound.

Guitar 2
e|------------------ e|-----------------
b|------------------ b|-----------------
g|------------------ g|-----------------
d|-0-(h)14-(h)16-16- (4x) d|-0-(h)9-h(11)-11- (4x)
a|------------------ a|-----------------
E|------------------ E|-----------------
Play that whole thing 4 times, then

e|--------------------
b|--------------------
g|--------------------
d|-0-(h)9-(h)11-12-11- (8x)
a|--------------------
E|--------------------

then play

e|--------------- e|--------------------
b|--------------- b|--------------------
g|--------------- g|--------------------
d|-0-(h)9-(h)11-- (4x) d|-0-(h)9-(h)11-12-11- (2x)
a|--------------- a|--------------------
E|--------------- E|--------------------
Play that whole thing 2 times

Then guitar 2 plays these chords and then plays the D note (not chord) on beat for
a really long time.
Guitar 2
e|----------------------
b|----------------------
g|-xxx--9-9-9---------7-
d|-xxx--x-x-x--9-9-9--x-
a|-xxx--7-7-7--x-x-x--5-
E|-xxx---------7-7-7----

Guitar 1
e|----------------------|------------------
b|----------------------|------------------
g|----------------------|------------------
d|----------------------|------------------
a|-7/5-4-5-5-4-0-0-2----|-7/5-4-4/11/12/14-
E|-------------------0--|------------------

The part after this has a whole lot of effects, but I'm pretty sure it revolves
around the chords that guitar 2 plays up above. I know it ends on those chords, so
play with it for a while to get it to work.
