NOTES! - Fairly easy song to play. Not too sure on the picking pattern but the 
chords below sound alright. Only one chord that's out of the ordinary and that's D9 -     2

It sounds close but I'm not 100% if it's correct.
Also, chords are not perfectly linked up to lyrics, but once you get the strumming 
pattern down, you wont even need to look at the tab =P.
