1904 - Tallest Man on Earth
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tabbed by: MountainDre
Tuning: EADGBd w/ CAPO IV

This tab is based off Macheeoo's which sounds great but is not 100% accurate.
After watching how Matson played it (see link below), this is what I came up
with. Tune high e string down to d and put capo on 4th fret. Enjoy!

Note on strumming:
normal strumming = down, down, up, up, down, up (or whatever, listen to the song)
paused strumming = down, down, down, up, pause and let ring

G (320003@1) (G*) C/GWell (3x555x@1)some may say it's not even funny
               Am (x02210@1) (Am*) D (xx0232@1) (D*)
And there you stand not even trying
     G (320003@1) (G*) C/G (3x555x@1)
They say it is in line with the ages
           Am (x02210@1) (Am*) D (xx0232@1) (D*)
Sometimes noise is just your mind

C/G (3x555x@1) G* D (xx0232@1) (D*)
But the lesson is vague in the light now
        C/G (3x555x@1) G* D (xx0232@1) (D*)
Shows a deer with her mind on the moor
G (320003@1) C/GAnd (3x555x@1)now something with the sun is just different
           Am (x02210@1) D (xx0232@1) GSince (320003@1)they shook the earth in 1904

G(G*) C(C*) Am(Am*) D(D*)

G (320003@1) C/G (3x555x@1) (paused strumming)
And as I lowered down I hear it's a message
Am (x02210@1) (Am*) D (xx0232@1) (D*) (back to normal on Am)
And it's 1902 just telling people to get out
        G (320003@1) C/G (3x555x@1)
And if there was just a way I could tell them
          Am (x02210@1) (Am*) D (xx0232@1) (D*)
It's been long but you are right

C/G (3x555x@1) G* D (xx0232@1) (D*)
And the singing is slow and so quiet
         C/G (3x555x@1) G* D (xx0232@1) (D*)
Like the sound when you sweep up the floor
G (320003@1) C/GAnd (3x555x@1)now something with the dirt is just different
           Am (x02210@1) D (xx0232@1) GSince (320003@1)they shook the earth in 1904

G(G*) C(C*) Am(Am*) D(D*) x2

             Bm (x24432@1) C* (C/G)
And when the night is young but the bridge is up
          Em (022000@1) D (xx0232@1) (D*)
Something passing by, I was sure
        Bm (x24432@1) C* (C/G)
And the only one you can tell it to
              Em (022000@1) D (xx0232@1) (D*)
Well it's the only one that ever knows

G (320003@1) C/G (3x555x@1) (paused strumming)
And since more robbers made to go through my window
Am (x02210@1) (Am*) D (xx0232@1)(D*) (back to normal on Am)
Here is something so strange and something louder than before
            G (320003@1) (G*) C/G (3x555x@1)And you're living with no light or direction
           Am (x02210@1) (Am*) D (xx0232@1) (D*)
But damn precise and now you know

C/G (3x555x@1) G* D (xx0232@1) (D*)
When believing is hard but you go now
        C/G (3x555x@1) G* D (xx0232@1) (D*)
And you feel what you drag across the floor
          G (320003@1) C/G (3x555x@1)
Because something with these drills are just different
            Am (x02210@1) D (xx0232@1) GSince (320003@1)they shook the earth in 1904

G(G*) C(C*) Am(Am*) D(D*) x2

             Bm (x24432@1) C* (C/G)
And when the night is young but the bridge is up
          Em (022000@1) D (xx0232@1) (D*)
Something passing by, I was sure
        Bm (x24432@1) C* (C/G)
And the only one you can tell it to
              Em (022000@1) D (xx0232@1) (D*)
Well it's the only one that ever knows

G (320003@1) C/G (3x555x@1) (paused strumming)
And some will say it's not even healthy
Am (x02210@1) DBut (xx0232@1)body is young and mind is sure
       G (320003@1) C/GThat (3x555x@1)something is alright with your thinking
           Am (x02210@1) D (xx0232@1) GSince (320003@1)they shook the earth in 1904
