Legend:
x* - natural harmonic, x, use whammy bar to bend pitch down and up really fast
v - vibrato
x(y)p - pinch harmonic on note, x, and bend up to note, y, and then whammy up and down to alter pitch. If done right, it sounds like a horse squeal.
t - tap harmonic on that fret. In this case bend 5th fret up to the note of 7th fret and then tap the 14th and then 12th fret markers. Then without picking, bend down to 6th fret note and repeat and back to 5th fret note and repeat. If you have trouble with this, I suggest trying the same harmonics as pinched harmonics. Same idea, but with no tapping.
xb(y) - x is picked note, b is bend and y is note to bend to (fret number)
 - after bending, bend back o this note (fret number)
h - hammer-on
p - pull-off
x/ - slide up the neck from that fret number.
x\ - slide down from that fret number
