This one has those rock changes you hear everywhere, I-V-vi-IV, with a discordant 
transitional chord thrown in from V to vi.  It's optional if you find it too much 
trouble.  C/C# might not be the right name for it (or even the right chord), but 
it works well enough--that said, let me know in comments if you have a better 
idea.  To play C/C#, you can slide your index finger up to fourth fret (if playing 
the barred version of C), or slide your ring finger up to 4th fret (for the open version).
