This is Stockholm Syndrome, by Yo La Tengo, from their fantastic "I Can
Hear the Heart Beating as One" record. The verses and choruses mostly
go like this except the 2nd chorus kinda walks down to the Am in the 3rd
verse. Not 100% sure of the words as they're a little hard to hear
amongst all the falsetto.

Verse: A5 B5 E5

              A5 B5 E5

              A5 B5 C5 G5

              C5 G5 D5 ...

Chorus:
             ... D5

              G5 E5

              G5 E5

              G5 E5

              D5 D5

(verse, no intro)
A5 B5 E5
What's the matter? Why don't you answer?
A5 B5 E5
What's the matter with me? Is it so hard to be
A5 B5 C5 G5
free and easy, to disappear completely?
C5 G5 D5
Hardly as alone as glad(?)

(verse)
A5 B5 E5
Your heart is broken and the doors are open
A5 B5 E5
as you're hoping to be as bright a place as you see
A5 B5 C5 G5
Hands need warming early in the morning
C5 G5 D5
hardly as alone as surprised

(chorus x2)
D5
   No, don't warn me
G5 E5
I know it's wrong
G5 E5 D5
But I swear it won't take long
D5
   And I know you know
G5 E5
It makes me sigh
G5 E5 D5
I do believe in love

(solo over verse -- I won't insult Ira by trying to tab it)

(chorus x2)
D5
   No, don't warn me
G5 E5
I know it's wrong
G5 E5 D5
I swear it won't take long
D5
   And I know you know
G5 E5
It makes me sigh
G5 E5 D5 C5
I do believe I do believe

(verse)
A5 B5 E5
Another season of the same old feelings
A5 B5 E5
Another reason to be
A5 B5 C5 G5
I'm tired of achin', the summer's what you make it
C5 G5 D5
And I believe what I want to believe
