Bridge:

You could really do anything here but what I do is strum each of these chords once 
and sing the melody (do do do do etc) then slowly build up to more strumming into a rhythm

Em  C   G   D/F#

And then back into the chorus strumming the chords! 


At the end I normally do an outro of this:
