I used CowManJones' version and added and changed some Chords.
It should sound quite good, although I can't guarantee for accuracy.
The G-D-Em-part in the verse could also be C-D-Em
The original song seems to be played like this (with Em,D,G,C and so on) but in 
Half-Step-Down-Tuning
