alright, tuning is standard, 2 steps dropped. i'm going off of the myspace transmissions
although different tunings and slight changes may be made in other versions. at some 
he's using a regular C chord, at least in the beginning, then he starts using a C/G it looks like.

Also, try back and forth from hammering the D string down to the second fret in the C or 
chords as he's doing, and lift off the B string first fret towards the end of the Am chord.
