This is a catchy, yet quite simple on guitar, tune!
It has only 3 main chords in my eyes.
Those are:

D, E and C#M.

D can either be:
5    2    10
7    3    10
7 OR 2 OR 11   The 1st option is the easiest for switching between chords.
7    0    12
5    X    12
X    X    10

E can either be:

7    0    12
9    0    12
9 OR 1 OR 13  Again, the 1st option is easiest for the same reason as above.
9    2    14
7    2    14
X    0    12

C#M can either be:

4    9
5    9
6 OR 9        The first chord is easiest for the same reason as above.
6    11
4    11
X    9

The chords go to the music a bit like this:
