The chords are C,G, and Am for the verse, the chorus is F, C, G for the chorus and bridge. You want to hit the A string first, then the D string for the verse and bridge and alternate back and forth. For the chorus you hit the top 2 strings on the chord and alternate back and forth. Below is the layout.
