I referenced the album version (from "It's Hard to Find a Friend") and a live solo
performance by David Bazan at the Grey Eagle, 11/4/07 (dowload at
http://www.verticalsoul.com/archives/208).

I didn't include any rhythm notation because it depends - when David plays it solo he
mutes the verses and plays the chords more rhythmically, to fill the song out.

Anyone familiar with Dave Matthews Band guitar parts will recognize similar chord from
tunes (Grey Street, Tripping Billies, etc). To play the chords here in the INTRO, VERSE,
CHORUS 2, I keep my middle finger on the low E string and use my ring finger and first 
on the G string.
