This is a great song that I discovered recently, and it was Pete Drake's big hit in 1964. It uses an early version of the talk box, and Drake was the first person to use it with a steel guitar. The C's and F's are actually jazz chords, so if you want it to sound a little closer use a C6 and an F6, but the regular chords sound fine since you sing the 6ths. http://www.petedrakemusic.com/ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pete_Drake "Forever (1964)" By; Pete Drake Tabbed by; John Martin Intro; C//////F//////C//////F/////C//////F//////C////// Verse; CHold (x32010@1)me, FKiss (133211@1)me, CWhisper, (x32010@1) FSweetly, (133211@1) CThat (x32010@1)youll, FLove (133211@1)me, CForever (x32010@1) C7 (x32310@1)Bridge; F//////Fm//////C//////C7////// F//////Fm//////C//////Bb///G////// C//////F//////C//////F/////C//////F//////C////// Repeat verse; CHold (x32010@1)me, FKiss (133211@1)me, CWhisper, (x32010@1) FSweetly, (133211@1) CThat (x32010@1)youll, FLove (133211@1)me, CForever (x32010@1)
