The song is in the key of F# major so all the chords need to be barred. The chords are
so it is possible to play along with the song just playing these as barre chords.
most people do like to play the song exactly as it was recorded so I have a suspicion 
Ryan has tuned down a semitone. So in order to play the same chords with the drop tuning it
be necessary to use the fingering for the chord one semitone higher.

In simple terms:

1.	For standard tuning, just play the chords as shown. OR

2.	For guitar tuned down half Atone (x02220@1)(Eb AbC#
Bb Eb)

Use fingering for G instead of F#
D instead of C#
C instead of B
Em instead of Ebm
Am instead of Abm

The are all simple to play open chords, which leads me to believe that the guitar is
down half a tone.
