I bought this single as soon as I heard it. This is a beautifully written but
relatively simple song to play (though the electric guitar part is a tad more complex). 

It's basically the same chords as Coldplay's "Yellow" and if I'm not mistaken,
the top E 
is tuned down to Eb.
