The major-7th chords can be replaced with regular major chords 
(e.g. play D instead of Dmaj7). Whatever is easier or sounds best to you. 
Also, the Bbdim (B-flat-diminished) should be Bbdim7 but UG did not recognize it 
with the 7. It's easy to play:
