It doesn't really make sense since the femmes only have one guitarist but on the cd it distinctly sounds like two guitars. The femmes played this song when I saw them live in Columbus, Ohio during the New Times tour so I should know how many guitars they used but I wasn't really paying attention to the guitar arrangements as much I was jumping up and down. Anyway, this is what I have for "Agamemnon," whether it's correct or not. E-mail me with corrections, additions, questions or comments at meunier.1@osu.edu "Agamemnon"(Gordon Gano/Walter Mehring) Performed by the Violent Femmes on "New Times"(1994) Lyrics by Walter Mehring from "Einfach Klassisch," as translated into English by Henry Marx Transcribed by Bryson Meunier intro/verse(guitar1(clean electric))- E------------------------------------------------------| B------------------------------------------------------| G------------------------------------------------------| D---------4----4h7brp4---------------4--4h7br4---------| A------------------------7---4------------------7---4--| E-----2--------------------------2---------------------| ||(guitar 2(clean electric))- || E------------------------------5---------------------5-| B------------------------------5---------------------5-| G------------------------------5---------------------5-| D------------------------------------------------------| A------------------------------------------------------| E------------------------------------------------------| guitar 1- E------------------------------------------------------| B------------------------------------------------------| G------------------------------------------------------| D----4--4h7brp4------------4--4h7brp4------------------| A----------------7--4------------------7--4------------| E-2---------------------2--------------------2---------| || guitar 2- || E---------------------5--------------5-5-5-5-5---------| B---------------------5--------------5-5-5-5-5---------| G---------------------5--------------5-5-5-5-5---------| D------------------------------------------------------| A------------------------------------------------------| E------------------------------------------------------| The telephone, the telephone I have an idea B5 Women always have ideas(continue verse riff) Hello?
