I was searching for the music for the intro and saw that no one had
 comprehensively wrote out the intro, and the only version of it I could
 find was written upside-down. I said "screw it, I'll figure it out" and
 this is what I came up with.

Tuning: Eb, I'm not positive; I think it may be simply because the song is
 in C# minor, and it is a little difficult for some people to play in that
 key in standard. In Eb tuning, C# minor is played like D minor, which is a
 simpler key signature to understand.
