                                        I saw a version posted here, but it was really off, so I felt like I should post a better one...

Emily plays it with a ukelele tuned half a step down, but these chords are 
relative to regular uke tuning (G-C-E-A)

Chords used:

    G#m  : 1-3-4-2
      E  : 1-4-4-2
    A#m  : 3-5-6-4
     F#  : 3-6-6-4
C#6(no5) : x-1-1-1
