FORMATTING:
*This chart will fit onto two 8.5" x 11" pages if you copy & paste the lyrics & chords
from the main body into a word document using Century Gothic font size 12.  You will 
need to
re-adjust the chords properly into the correct spots over the lyrics but it's much

I wrote out the B11 chord differently than Chris is fingering it.  I can't see exactly 
what he's doing
and why but it's a B11 (or basically a B7sus4).
For some of the Em Chords he is lifting and hammering his 2nd fret fingers alternating 
fretted & open
notes on the 2nd frets, 4th and 5th strings, giving us Em7 h  Em  and  A7sus2/E  h   Em
*A7sus2/E={002000}
