Then go back to the verse riff for the chorus and bridge, repeat as many times as necessary.

Then play the Pre-chorus again. [Note: I haven't figured out the bit where they move up 
in pitch in the 2nd pre-chorus].

Just listen to the song for the rest of it, and figure out which riff to use. There 
aren't any other riffs in the song I believe.
