This is my first tab, I just thought I should put it up seeing as there's a lot of people trying to find how to play this since it was played at the end of a Sons of Anarchy episode. Well it's a beautiful song and you have to give Kurt Sutter credit for giving so many great artists recognition on his show. If you were an Soa fan who fell in love with this song try listening to some Sun Kil Moon which is also featured several times on that show. Here goes. Standard tuning, Capo 2. Can be played without a capo and still sound pretty decent, or with the capo moved up for higher voices. Chords should be very close to where the words would be when you play them but you should listen to the song a few times first to get the rhythm exact. Though im sure its easy to find heres a link to the song anyways http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VFqEDAA_Eh4 *Optionally on the verses when you play C pull off and and hammer on your middle finger, strum it without that finger off than hammer it on quick. Just listen to the rhythm of the song to get that right. -------------------------------------------------------- C D Say something awful Em G As if fucking the world is your right C D And i watch you stumble Em G Drunk out into the night C D To cat call ladies Em G You're thirsty for blood, you're picking a fight C D And i wanted to ask you Em G Man, what do you do in the daylight Chorus- C Em D So bum me a cigarette, buy me a beer C Em D Till i'm happy to be here, happy to be here C Em D With all of my family, hookers in heels C Em D And the men who watch them like hungry black eels Interlude Single strokes C, C, C, D-D-D C D Run into me sunday Em G Tell me you had one hell of a time C D And through the haze and the gun smoke, Em G I'm forced to believe, You're probably right C D Someone lies bleeding Em G Someone got violent and did not think twice C D Em G And i watched you my brother, making a fool of the moon tonight -Chorus- C Em D So bum me a cigarette, buy me a beer C Em D Till i'm happy to be here, happy to be here C Em D With all of my family, hookers in heels C Em D And the men who watch them like hungry black eels -Outro- *with hammer ons on C C, Em, D.
