The timings not clear, I'm sorry, so listen to the song to get an idea of how it goes.
Also some of the layout is a bit funny, but that's so it was formatted properly.

There are overdubs of guitar in both the solos, in the oboe solo it's mainly bends and 
following the oboe
And in the guitar solo it's quite simlar to what I've tabbed.
