This is a really cool effect
I'll have to describe it to you b/c it takes a bit of practice
You lightly (VERY lightly)brush you index finger over the metal parts of the frets.If 
do fret 5, brush your finger above the metal intersecting 5 & 6.
You also have to pick hard. If you are doing it right, the string shouldn't be bent 
should sound like you're blowing into a glass bottle.
It is best to play along the bridge of the strings.Use on following tab
