The G at the end isn't supposed to be a note. Just kind of throw it in there to bring the repeat back around prettily. During the chorus, the bass plays the same thing, but hitting a note at every quarter. Guitar goes over it, with A5, C5, G5, and F5 playing along with the bass. Pretty much self-explanatory. Then comes the little bridge part, which the guitar and bass play together with a solo top, which sounds oddly like a guitar, which confuses me because it also sounds like the is playing the bridge also.
