Updated, more advanced version of this song from the album Hand Built by Robots.  This
pretty much exactly how he plays it.  Capo 2nd, all fingerings and chord names adjusted
such.  I know some of the chord names look a bit ridiculous, but just play the notes and 
sounds right. You're going to love it, I promise.

On the E and D add9s in the verses and lead-ups he sometimes mutes the high E string (or
with the capo) also he sometimes plays it open, and sometimes plays without the add 9,
x54035, x32010 etc... He even plays it as a Dmaj7 right in the beginning, i.e. x3200x  
to it closely and you'll get it. However I am just going to call them all add9s
this tab.  You can pretty much use the Dadd9 and Dsus2M7 interchangeably.
