This is what i've worked out so far
sorry it's not the whole thing but i think it's a pretty good intro

for the effects use a delay with about 250 ms and 60 repeats and tap the G string
with the edge of your pick towards the neck.

Notes in paranthesis can be picked lightly or slid from.
