There is a lot of hammering if you listen to the track with earphones.
Looks a bit complex in those parts but it's easier than you think!
You just have to hammer frets 1 and 3 really fast.

Also, there are quite a few notes where it's hard to tell if there's a bass note
or the bass drum breaking it up...I'll leave it up to you

The track is always available to listen to for clarity ;)
