This is the way I play the Angry Chair Solo. There is a bit near the start, which is hard to hear so that part might be wrong but the rest sounds good to me.
  Tune down a half step (Eb Ab Db Gb Bb Eb)
Ok, on the first note you have to tremolo pick the 22 and slowly bend it up to 24
 / = Slide down
 B = Bend
 ~ = Vibrato
 / = Press up and down on whammy bar
 h = Hammer On
 p = Pull off
