Except for the chorus. In the chorus, instead of
playing the first A (E-5>>-) play a fill something like this:

I find it kind of hard to hear the fill because the 
recording quality isn't too good, and the bass gets
buried for the most part. However, I'm sure that this
fill is pretty close to the actual one played on the
recording.
