I've seen the live version, and I saw Ian play the hihat stuff with 
alternate sticking (rlrlrl...) in the main measures, but of course, 
theres a difference between live and studio version. Anyways, this 
is how I play it. 

Some places i had to note some beats as triplets because of accents and
stuff, but other places, the "t" means triplets.

It took me really long time to tab this song, thats why i some places
may have forgotten some details, like to gradually open the hihats, 
or play some ghost notes. but folks, try tabbing this yourself.. 
i admire the one who can get this 100 % right.
