this has to be done real quick.thats the only reason that it is advanced. here it is advanced warm up exercise |------------------------4-6-7-9-| |-------------------4-5-7--------| |----------------5-7-------------| |---------2-4-5-7----------------| |----2-3-5-----------------------| |-3-5----------------------------| try this differently (ie. start at 6 insted of 3.... so the start would be 6 8 5 6 8...etc. its good for fingerng practise if you can do it fast my advice is start slow then go for it
