Joe Lally uses a pick (or plectrum) to play this one and he also does vocals which
is rare for Fugazi

This song is mostly played at the high end of the fretboard so don't get confused
about the 19s and 15s etc they are not 1s and then 9s they are 19s and 15s

On the record the bass comes in after loads of fannying around with guitar pedals.
